Keita Prokopcenko
My name is Keita Prokopčenko and I am a 20 year old filmmaker/artists from Latvia living here in Celbridge. Studying Film at the National Film School at the Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology.
Directed and wrote my first horror short film ‘Let Me Buy You a Coffee’ which screened at the First Frames Dublin International Film Festival (DIFF) which was awarded an honourable mention.
My artwork and films aim is to shock, catch viewers off guard and look at themes of love, the inner self and everyday life.
This exhibition is important for me to showcase my work for the first time and begin establishing my career within my local community and encourage other young upcoming artists. Mediums of video, watercolour, acrylic paint, pencil, pen and writing.
